    Hello, I have a u800x usb digital microscope. I cannot succeed running its software on a windows 7 64bit operated machine. Driver is installed via the setup program from the product cd, but the measurement program does not work. Software initializes and then gives the message "please connect device". Result does not change if i have the device already connected or connect it again. Thanks in advance, Ahmet
